The Quality Management Cycle is the foundation of the quality assurance strategy at the Florida Institute of Science and Management. We are committed to excellence in academic programs and overall management. This iterative process is based on the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA).

Plan – In the Plan phase, where objectives are set, and strategies are developed to enhance educational outcomes and administrative efficiency.
Do – In the Do phase, the plans are implemented, with faculty and staff executing instructional and operational activities designed to meet predefined goals.
Check – In the Check phase rigorous assessment and evaluation of the implemented actions is involved, using both qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Act – the Act phase focuses on making informed adjustments based on the evaluation results for continuous improvement.
